Basingstoke Symphony Orchestra, Saturday 21st March, 2020 at The Anvil
On Saturday, 21st March at 7:45pm, Basingstoke Symphony Orchestra (BSO) presents its "Spring Serenade" at Anvil Arts, Basingstoke.
They will be performing Mendelssohn's Hebrides Overture, Elgar's well-loved cello concerto, with dynamic young soloist, Rebecca McNaught and Brahms' Symphony Number 2 in D Major, conducted by Stephen Scotchmer.
Cellist Rebecca McNaught has a first class degree in music from Oxford University and is currently studying for a Professional Diploma at the Royal Academy of Music. Rebecca has a special affinity with the Elgar concerto which she will be performing for the fifth time.
